Job summary
Blue Yonder is seeking a Product Manager (UX) to lead Platform UX initiatives across our product portfolio in Dallas. You will own the backlog, define user stories, collaborate with Engineering and UX teams, and shape the roadmap based on user needs and business goals.
In this hybrid role, you will drive agile ceremonies, partner with stakeholders, and ensure platforms deliver consistent, scalable experiences across Blue Yonder applications. Minimum 5+ years in product roles recommended.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product ownership or product management.
- Experience with UX design, roadmap, and workflow for SaaS platforms.
- Strong collaboration with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable backlog items.
- Familiarity with agile ceremonies and backlog grooming.
Responsibilities
- Serve as domain expert for Platform UX across Blue Yonder products.
- Own backlog and define user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Engineering and UX to deliver platform capabilities.
- Define roadmap based on customer value and technical feasibility.
- Lead agile ceremonies and ensure deployment readiness.
- Present requirements and roadmaps to stakeholders for alignment.
