Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a high-impact Technical Program Manager to own the delivery of a large-scale, enterprise-grade platform. You will drive alignment, execution rigor, and risk management across senior engineering and product leadership.

Lead platform initiatives across domains, track milestones with Jira, and ensure production handoff and post-launch stabilization while mitigating systemic risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years leading technical programs or engineering teams.
• Proven history owning platform-scale, multi-team programs with business impact.
• Strong technical depth for system architecture, interfaces, and trade-offs.
• Expert ownership of enterprise-grade TPM for foundational ecosystems.
• Delivery across multiple highly-coupled engineering teams (Apps, Infrastructure, Data).
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and HA patterns.
• Ability to identify critical paths, dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Excellent communication for senior leadership updates.
• Translate platform strategy into executable delivery plans.
• Operate effectively in high-impact, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own platform-level initiatives across multiple domains end-to-end.
• Build and track milestones and critical paths using Jira.
• Facilitate design reviews and delivery readiness with stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve integration, scalability, and operational risks.
• Manage transition from development to production and post-launch stabilization.
