You will own test burndown, release readiness, Jira Buganizer workflows, and sign-off milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Experience using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and basic Buganizer/Jira hygiene.
• Dashboard creation using Sheets/Looker and Jira Buganizer triage flows.
• Advanced configuration management and release readiness tracking; cross-functional engineering alignment.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operational machinery of the testing program—tracking test burndown, config compatibility, cross-functional triage, and signoffs across systems, software and hardware.
• Logs testing progress, updates daily task lists, and schedules test bench utilization.
• Tracks sprint-by-sprint testing burndown metrics and coordinates bench availability across small teams.
• Owns the operational execution of multi-platform testing cycles and leads cross-functional sign-off milestones.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Dashboard creation (Sheets/Looker), Jira/Buganizer triage flows, risk identification, agenda management.

Advanced configuration management, release readiness tracking, cross-functional engineering alignment (HW, SW, Systems), risk mitigation.

Manages the operational machinery of the testing program—tracking test burndown rates, hardware/software configuration compatibility, running cross-functional triage, and coordinating testing signoffs across systems, software, and hardware teams.

• Logs testing progress, updates daily task lists, maintains meeting minutes, and schedules test bench utilization.
• Tracks sprint-by-sprint testing burndown metrics, maintains test readiness dashboards, identifies standard schedule dependencies, and coordinates bench availability across small teams.
• Owns the operational execution of multi-platform testing cycles. Manages complex hardware-software configuration matrices, drives issue-resolution bridges, and leads cross-functional sign-off milestones.
