Platform Systems Integration (PSI) Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) – Senior II Project Engineer

Overview: V2X is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to lead multidisciplinary teams within our PSI program in Indianapolis, IN. You will be responsible for technical leadership, project execution, and mentoring team members to deliver innovative, mission-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and coordinate development projects.
• Support all development phases, ensuring solutions meet requirements and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure successful technical deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, staffing, and schedules.
• Lead Agile processes, including backlog creation and task management in Azure DevOps.
• Present technical data to stakeholders and support proposal development.
• Mentor team members and foster professional growth.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering, Requirements Management, IV&V, and project lifecycle management.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills, proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project.
• Willingness to obtain or maintain a US Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Windows; basic understanding of technical documentation.

Desired Skills:

• Leadership in project teams, resolving complex challenges.
• Experience with Agile and traditional development environments, proposal development, and CAD tools like CREO.
• Customer-facing experience and familiarity with standards like IEEE 15288 and AS9100.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Experience:

• 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent knowledge.
