Job summary

HSI is seeking an Advanced Technical Support Specialist who provides expert assistance across our software solutions. You will troubleshoot complex platform issues, support data imports and migrations, and guide customers and internal teams on configurations and data mapping.

In a high-volume, remote environment, you will communicate clearly by email and on occasional calls, collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Development, and ensure solutions meet requirements while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years in technical support, systems configuration, software administration, or SaaS support.
• 4+ years in technical, systems, or software support preferred.
• Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleanup, pivot tables.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work with data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.
• Experience supporting software integrations and APIs.
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve advanced technical issues across the platform.
• Analyze data issues using Excel and system tools to identify root causes.
• Support configuration changes, data imports/exports, and migrations.
• Assist with customer onboarding and site restructuring activities.
• Collaborate with Success, Sales, Product, and Development teams on escalations.
• Maintain Salesforce case records and ensure SLA adherence.
