Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in client service, financial services, investment operations, or related areas.
• Strong client-service orientation with commitment to responsiveness and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Experience with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond in a timely, professional manner to inbound service requests related to Structured Investments and Annuities.
• Serve as a primary contact for financial advisors and internal partners, providing guidance on product-, account-, and transaction-related questions.
• Assess inquiries, resolve within scope, and coordinate escalations to product, operations, legal, compliance, or tech teams.
• Provide updates through the lifecycle of each request with clear expectations and follow-through.
• Research client questions using available information and communicate findings clearly.
