Job summary

iCapital seeks an Analyst or Associate to support Product Managers in the Independent Advisor Solutions business, handling data, reporting, and marketing content across funds and distribution channels.

Collaborate with teams to build workflow tools and AI-enabled features, drive efficiency through automation, conduct market research, and create dashboards for product, investment, and sales teams; participate in due diligence and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage product-related data, reporting, and marketing content across products and channels.
• Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams to develop workflow tools and AI capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and technology.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support strategy and BD.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for product, investment, and sales teams.
• Support portfolio reporting, regulatory and tax oversight, and investor activity tracking.
• Coordinate with external partners and sub-advisers for information sharing and marketing.
• Assist with due diligence requests, RFPs, questionnaires, and onboarding documentation.
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses and strategic projects as needed.
• Document meetings, track actions, and support timely project execution.
