Job summary

Synopsys Inc. is seeking an experienced Platform Solutions leader to shape strategy and roadmaps that integrate Synopsys IP, EDA, HAV, software and Ansys technologies into scalable silicon-to-software platform solutions for complex systems.

You will drive market opportunities, translate requirements into platform capabilities, and lead collaboration across engineering, product, sales and partners to accelerate design-wins and customer adoption.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of relevant experience across semiconductors, embedded systems or software-defined systems.
• Demonstrated experience defining and bringing complex technology products to market.
• Strong understanding of system/SoC architecture and hardware/software interaction.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for integrated platform solutions across semiconductor and system opportunities.
• Translate market opportunities into platform capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with multiple product and engineering teams to deliver cohesive customer solutions.
• Balance reusable platform capabilities with partner technologies and customer-specific needs.
• Guide engineering leadership to align requirements and investments.
• Support design-wins and customer engagements with strategic customers.
• Develop partnerships with technology partners and industry communities.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy, business cases and investments.
