Job summary

Vizient is seeking a Dynamics 365 Solutions Analyst to collaborate with business and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize platform solutions across Dynamics 365 and related apps.

You will analyze business requirements, develop product solutions, and support Agile delivery to improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and user experience, partnering with stakeholders, engineers, and admins to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including the Sales module.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and user stories.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and backlog management.
• Experience with platform configuration, integrations, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop user stories, product backlogs, acceptance criteria, and solution designs by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Lead stakeholder interviews and discovery workshops to identify requirements and align platform solutions with business objectives.
• Own and support assigned platform product areas, including enhancements, configuration, integrations, and process optimization.
• Maintain product backlogs, coordinate dependencies across teams, and support Agile ceremonies.
• Support user acceptance testing by addressing questions, triaging issues, and assisting with defect resolution.
• Conduct gap analysis, monitor metrics, and identify opportunities to improve platform performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Utilize SQL, reporting tools, and platform interfaces to analyze data and support reporting needs.
• Design business process flows, data mappings, and integrations across systems within the platform environment.
• Develop process documentation and end‑user training materials following established procedures.
