Job summary

Yext is seeking a Platform Consultant to join our Services team. You will serve as a customer-facing technical expert, configuring the Knowledge Graph, managing data imports, and delivering scalable solutions for enterprise clients.

As a Platform Consultant, you will lead projects, collaborate with engineers and designers, and advise on SEO, GEO, and AI optimization to maximize client ROI. Strong communication and data modeling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in any subject area.
• 3–6 years in Software Implementation, Consulting, or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong data modeling and technical background with scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (<5%).

Responsibilities

• Lead large client projects as a technical project manager within Expert Services.
• Advise customers on applying Yext technology to achieve brand visibility results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and delivery teams to implement solutions.
