Epiq Solutions in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, is seeking a highly motivated Platform Software Engineering Manager to lead our BSP/platform software team. This hybrid leadership role combines team management and hands-on software development in an embedded systems environment.

Successful candidates will have over 10 years of experience in embedded Linux systems, excellent leadership skills, and technical expertise in BSP development for ARM and FPGA platforms. We offer a flexible work environment and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in embedded Linux or low-level systems software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with embedded ARM and FPGA-based platforms.
• Eligibility to work on Federal contracts requiring U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of BSP/platform software engineers.
• Manage team capacity, priorities, and technical execution across projects.
• Develop and maintain Linux BSPs and platform software for embedded systems.
