Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in Louisville is seeking a Sales Associate dedicated to providing First Class Service on the sales floor and in support roles. You will greet customers, make product recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience in a clean, organized environment.

You will handle transactions on our POS, assist with receiving and stock replenishment, follow loss prevention procedures, and work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts in a 7/365 environment.
• Excellent customer service and English communication skills.
• Self-starter who can prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math.
• Able to pass background and DOT/required checks.
• Physical requirements include standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, and weekend/holiday work.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class service to customers on the sales floor or in support areas.
• Greet customers, sell products, and thank customers to promote loyalty.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS.
• Receive stock, perform cycle counts, returns, and transfers with handheld devices.
• Maintain store appearance and follow merchandising standards.
• Follow cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
