Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in Linux systems administration, infrastructure operations, platform support, or a similar technical operations role.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Red Hat OpenShift and/or Kubernetes in production or non-production environments.
- Experience supporting Linux systems in an enterprise environment, including patching, troubleshooting, upgrades, and basic performance tuning.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes environments hosting production trading and financial services applications.
- Use and maintain automation and deployment tools to improve consistency and reduce manual operational effort.
- Monitor platform and infrastructure health, respond to incidents, troubleshoot service issues, and assist with root cause analysis to reduce downtime.
