Job summary

WellBeam connects health systems and home health agencies, and we are expanding rapidly into new products and markets. The Product Manager, Platform, will own the roadmap for scalability and the foundational capabilities that support it.

You will work closely with Engineering and cross-functional partners to identify platform constraints, define requirements, and drive delivery. The role will initially focus on scalability, reliability, and shared platform services, including identity and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS product/PM roles.
• Proven ownership of cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
• Technical fluency with platform scalability, APIs, access control; coding not required.
• Experience turning customer needs into platform requirements and backlogs.
• Hands-on analytics with Mixpan-el/Metabase and delivery tools Jira/Confluence/Airtable.
• Strong communication across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Own platform scalability and reliability roadmap.
• Lead shared platform services including identity, notifications, reporting, APIs.
• Maintain and strengthen EMR integrations.
• Support platform-oriented core product work as bandwidth permits.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog, and delivery cadence.
• Coordinate QA and release readiness across environments.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders to closure.
• Document analytics and maintain Confluence docs.
• Engage in client scoping discussions during US hours when needed.
