Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own the shared capabilities used by multiple product teams. You will define the what and why, collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance, and drive adoption across markets.

You’ll build API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies, prioritize work across teams, and ensure HIPAA compliance while exploring AI-driven improvements in payer workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Product Management fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Ability to follow and contribute to architecture discussions with engineers.
• Proven system for tracking plans, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams.
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering and technical teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools and interest in applying emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across full lifecycle.
• Become an SME on health plan operations and translate into payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by needs of internal product teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain an integrated plan, risk log, and decision record across teams.
• Brief executives and stakeholders with updates and recommendations.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including PHI under HIPAA.
• Use AI and emerging tech to move faster while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
