Job summary

Del Mar Vacations in Orleans, MA is seeking a Product Manager to lead business systems improvements across the organization. You will drive discovery, specs, build, QA, rollout, adoption, and measured impact to create cleaner data and smoother workflows.

You will shadow Ops, Marketing, Owner Revenue, Guest Revenue, and Guest Experience teams to turn observations into actionable requirements and build clear user stories. HubSpot and API integrations are central to success.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Product Management, Product Ops, or Business Systems PM ownership.
• A portfolio of real outcomes, not just completed projects.
• Deep, practical HubSpot experience — you've owned it, governed it, and cleaned it up.
• Hands-on integration experience: API/webhook-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end improvement of how Del Mar teams use the platform.
• Ensure workflows are reliable, data stays clean, and outcomes are measurable.
• Design, document, and QA integrations and data flows; manage API/webhook connections.
• Coordinate with engineering and vendors; drive delivery to done; follow up after launch.
