Job summary

Veson in Boston is seeking a Platform Product Leader to define and drive the strategy for the shared capabilities powering Veson's products. You will lead AI-enabled workflows, APIs, and the developer ecosystem to create scalable, extensible experiences.

You will build and mentor a platform product team, collaborating with Engineering, Design, and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable customer and business impact, while balancing governance with ease of use.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with meaningful leadership responsibility.
• Significant experience with platform products, enterprise SaaS, APIs, ecosystems, workflow platforms, or similarly complex environments.
• Experience building and scaling AI-powered products or platforms, ideally including agentic experiences, workflow automation, or shared AI capabilities.
• A track record of translating foundational technology investments into measurable customer and business value.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to operate credibly with highly technical Engineering and Architecture leaders.
• Experience building products for multiple audiences, including end users, enterprise administrators, developers, partners, and internal product teams.
• Strong executive communication, organizational leadership, and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for Veson’s platform infrastructure and shared services.
• Lead and develop a high-performing platform product team and establish strong product practices and accountability across the portfolio.
• Help build and scale Veson’s emerging AI business by establishing shared capabilities for intelligent experiences and governance.
• Make Veson increasingly open and extensible through APIs, developer experience, integration frameworks, and ecosystem development.
• Shape capabilities that enable users to communicate and collaborate through Veson (messages, notifications, shared experiences).
• Drive foundational platform governance including identity, permissions, data governance, and entitlements.
