Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical leadership, solution delivery, or software engineering leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, product, business and operations.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, SQL Server, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise app development frameworks.
• Experience designing and developing service-oriented architectures and applying best practices in design, refactoring, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, support, and enhancement of Move Money workflows, including Checks, ACH, Journals, Wires, and Complex Retirement solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for integrations across platforms and vendors, including IFS, payment technologies, and enterprise systems.
• Establish and promote engineering standards, architecture patterns, coding best practices, and software development processes.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams through coaching, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive execution of strategic technology initiatives and ensure alignment with roadmaps and objectives.
