Qualifications

• Proven experience leading development efforts on the iPipeline IFS platform.
• Experience leading technical teams across engineering, product, business, and operations.
• 5+ years in technical leadership, solution delivery, or software engineering leadership roles.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, SQL Server, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise application development frameworks.
• Experience designing and developing service-oriented architectures and applying software design, refactoring, and testing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, support, and enhancement of Move Money workflows, including Checks, ACH, Journals, Wires, and Complex Retirement solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for integrations across platforms and vendors, including IFS, payment technologies, and enterprise systems.
• Establish and promote engineering standards, architecture patterns, coding best practices, and software development processes.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams through coaching, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive execution of strategic technology initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Support the adoption of cloud-native architectures, automation, CI/CD practices, and modern software engineering methodologies.
• Monitor platform performance, reliability, scalability, and operational effectiveness while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to technology strategy, platform modernization efforts, and long-term architectural planning.
