Job summary

Quest Analytics seeks a Platform Product Manager to own shared platform capabilities that power our product teams. You will define the vision, roadmap, and requirements, translating health-plan workflows into scalable API contracts and data models.

Collaborating with Engineering, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance, you’ll drive adoption from problem to solution while upholding HIPAA and security standards and leveraging AI to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals including discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Ability to follow and contribute to architecture discussions with engineers.
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across lifecycle.
• Become a SME on how health plans operate and translate into capabilities for payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work balancing internal teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain integrated plan, risk log, and decision records across teams.
• Brief executives with updates and recommendations.
• Meet HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
• Use AI and emerging tech to move faster while ensuring data integrity.
