Job summary

1mind is seeking a Product Manager, Platform, to own the Console experience and drive the next wave of AI-enabled GTM capabilities. You will work with engineers, design, and customer success to ship intuitive configuration, integrations, and self-serve administration for our enterprise customers.

You'll shape product strategy, run usability sessions, and translate real customer feedback into a clear point of view for engineering and design.

Qualifications

4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or equivalent.
Experience with self-serve products, admin tools, integrations, and configuration surfaces.
Strong product judgment and ability to form a clear point of view on complex interfaces.
Experience running usability sessions and talking directly to customers.
Systems thinking across permissions, data, integrations, and configuration.
Technical curiosity with APIs and data models.

Responsibilities

Own the Console experience end to end: information architecture, navigation, onboarding, configuration flows, and error states.
Define how an AI assistant helps customers configure the platform and understand actions.
Design expressive yet understandable workflow configuration for advanced use cases.
Own integrations: authorization, permissions, mappings, sync behavior, error handling.
Reduce time to deployment by turning manual moments into product experiences.
Collaborate with engineering on reusable backend capabilities and state management.
Lead usability sessions and translate feedback into actionable engineering and design plans.
Partner with Customer Success to prioritize product problems worth solving.
