Job summary

DASH RIDES in London is seeking a Platform Operations Associate to keep the day-to-day running of the DASH platform smooth. Based mostly in the office, you will be the first point of contact for clients and customers and help translate frontline learnings into product improvements.

You'll work closely with Product and Engineering, gaining experience across support, operations, and client services while moving fast in a growth-focused startup.

• Experience in a customer-facing role handling real people and problems.

Responsibilities

• Become a platform expert and understand how the DASH platform operates for internal and external users.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions to Product and Engineering teams based on customer feedback.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and clients across email, phone and chat, resolving inquiries quickly and with care.
• Support client services with onboarding and recurring tasks to ensure smooth platform usage.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps and experimenting with AI tools to optimize workflows.
