Job summary

Blockskye is seeking a Project Manager - Operations & Platform Specialist to own testing, validation, and sustained performance of the platform within a Deloitte engagement. The role requires hands-on execution with deep TMC expertise and Amadeus proficiency, alongside QA and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities include end-to-end scenario testing, designing test cases for connected systems, and go/no-go validation for platform changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate travel operations, GDS-based ticketing, or travel tech support.
• Hands-on GDS experience with Amadeus native commands and ticketing workflows.
• Experience in project management, product testing or QA for corporate travel technology.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end testing of corporate travel bookings and platform changes.
• Design and run structured test cases for connected systems and AI-assisted features.
• Own go/no-go validation for platform changes and new releases; log defects and assess risk.
• Collaborate with Deloitte, tech, operations, and external vendors to drive projects and resolve issues.
• Log and rank platform issues by impact and push to resolution or escalation.
• Translate new features into actionable testing criteria and support documentation.
