You will drive cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance, ensuring launch readiness and regulatory alignment while scaling regulated B2B2C products.

Qualifications

• Experience leading platform operations in fintech or crypto.
• History of cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, legal, and compliance.
• Familiarity with US money transmitter licenses and state lending regulations.
• Strong governance and risk-management mindset with pragmatic controls.
• Excellent communicator with regulators, boards, and partners.
