Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. seeks a Sr. Specialist - Platform Operations to keep Nasdaq's platforms, including AI and agentic AI systems, running reliably.

You will support global markets and clients through strong technical operations, incident mgmt, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include deploying AI-enabled changes, leading projects, and ensuring monitoring, cost, and safety for AI workloads.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in technical operations, system administration, or application support.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and AWS, Linux/Unix, and Kubernetes.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code, scripting, and CI/CD; GitOps practices, version control.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day technical operations and application support, including AI-powered and agentic AI applications, ensuring service continuity.
Design, plan, and deploy changes to existing systems, driving operational excellence and new AI/agentic solutions.
Lead and contribute to implementation projects from requirements to launch and ongoing improvement for AI/agentic services.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across traditional and AI-driven systems with clear documentation.
Identify and implement automation and process improvements using AI and agentic tooling.
Support operational reliability, observability, and governed use of AI models and agents.
