Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Platform Operations Engineer in Mexico City to maintain enterprise infrastructure platforms. You will monitor production environments, investigate incidents, and ensure high availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years in enterprise infrastructure operations, system administration, or platform support.
• Proficiency troubleshooting CPU and memory on Linux/Unix.
• Experience supporting Oracle Database environments and alert log analysis.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and 24x7 ops.
• Scripting and automation fundamentals (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Knowledge of Oracle tablespace management and performance tuning.
• Experience with monitoring/alerting platforms and incident management.
