Qualifications

• 5+ years managing production digital infrastructure on Linux/Windows.
• 3+ years AWS administration (OpsWorks, VPC, EC2/ECS, S3, RDS, IAM, EMR).
• Experience with automation using Chef and Ansible.
• Strong scripting and log analysis skills.
• Ability to design monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Manage AWS-based backend systems, access, networks, databases, and apps.
• Deploy updates and patches during off-hours maintenance windows.
• Analyze logs to troubleshoot server and client issues.
• Set up and improve monitoring/alerting across platforms.
• Ensure systems run under optimal operational conditions.
• Contribute to redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery design.
• Develop automation tools and scripts for routine tasks.
• Collaborate with NOC, DevOps, and Engineering to harden processes.
• Work with Head of Digital Infrastructure to improve operability.
• Assist in continuous improvement of cloud resource utilization.
