Qualifications

• Hands‑on mobile video production: shooting, scripting, hooks, editing.
• Strong understanding of native platform formats and trends.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage content schedules in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, shoot, edit, and produce original, platform-native social content at scale.
• Manage native publishing across assigned platforms, on schedule.
• Monitor platform trends and algorithm changes to optimize content.
• Partner with production crews on campaign shoots for social-first footage.
