As a Machine Learning Engineer, Platform, you will develop core ML capabilities that power products across insurance, health, and financial services, delivering production-ready systems driven by agents and foundation models. You’ll improve document extraction, structure model routing, and enhance evaluation across use cases.

Qualifications

• Experience building production ML systems for regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompting, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Ability to ship capabilities end-to-end in a multi-team environment.

Responsibilities

• Turn pod needs into platform capabilities.
• Own capabilities end-to-end in production.
• Work at the research frontier with production stakes.
• Serve customers on both sides of the wall; project pods and domain experts.
