Job summary

Aspen Standard Wealth is scaling its national Advisor Platform by onboarding acquired firms onto the Aspen Advisor Platform. This role owns the full migration journey across CRM, portfolio accounting, billing, trading, and client portal systems, coordinating partner teams and technology vendors for smooth transitions.

Ideal candidates drive multiple migrations in acquisitive environments, build trust with advisor teams, and thrive in fast-moving settings with onsite work in Chicago.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in financial services technology, operations, or wealth-focused SaaS.
• Proven track record of executing system migrations or platform conversions.
• Strong understanding of wealth management workflows (onboarding, billing, reporting).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end migration of acquired firms onto Aspen's Advisor Platform suite.
• Build and maintain repeatable migration playbooks for scalable onboarding.
• Lead data migration and validate conversion accuracy across CRM, portfolio accounting, billing, and client portal.
• Serve as primary contact for partner firm leadership and ops teams during migrations.
• Maintain delivery tracking and reporting across onboarding workstreams.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Deal & Integration teams to align onboarding with priorities.
