Job summary

Aspen Standard Wealth is expanding and seeks a Director of Advisor Platform Onboarding to lead the migration of newly acquired partner firms onto the Aspen Advisor Platform. You will own the full migration journey—from legacy CRMs to advisor technology—while coordinating partner teams and technology vendors.

This role requires a track record of successful system conversions, comfort with data quality, and the ability to drive complex onboarding in a dynamic, acquisitive environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in financial services technology, operations, or wealth-focused SaaS.
• Direct track record of executing system conversions or platform migrations—ideally multiple across firms/environments.
• Strong understanding of financial services operations, especially wealth management workflows like onboarding, billing, or portfolio reporting.
• Hands-on with data to reconcile and validate accuracy during conversions.
• Project and stakeholder management across multi-vendor workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end migration of acquired firms onto Aspen's Advisor Platform suite, coordinating partner teams and vendors.
• Build and maintain repeatable migration playbooks to support scalable onboarding as Aspen grows.
• Lead data migration and validate conversion accuracy across CRM, portfolio accounting, billing, trading, and client portal systems.
• Serve as primary contact for partner firm leadership and ops teams throughout migration.
• Maintain delivery tracking and reporting across all onboarding workstreams.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Deal & Integration teams to align onboarding with firm priorities.
