Job summary
Airbnb is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Developer Productivity to own end-to-end developer workflows across infrastructure, reliability, and developer experience. You will define what productivity means for engineers, instrument it with metrics, and shape the roadmap with cross‑functional partners including engineering, product, TPM, and data science.
You will drive cross‑team collaboration, influence priorities without direct authority, and craft PRDs/BRDs to inform technical decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience building tools for technical users.
- Proven track record improving developer productivity with metrics.
- Experience defining and operationalizing product metrics.
- Strong understanding of scalable system architectures.
- Ability to influence roadmaps across teams without direct authority.
- Excellent collaboration with engineers, data scientists and operators.
- Experience with AI-powered developer workflows is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Establish product vision and northstar for developer productivity.
- Own end-to-end developer workflows across infra and DX.
- Define and measure productivity metrics and telemetry.
- Develop roadmaps and align prioritization with stakeholders.
- Influence cross-functional teams to adopt roadmap.
- Translate customer needs into PRDs/BRDs.
- Scale solutions across existing and new business segments.
