• Own cross‑cutting developer workflows end to end across pillars.
• Define how to measure developer productivity with metrics and qualitative research.
• Develop the product roadmap and secure cross‑functional alignment on priorities.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, TPMs to scale solutions across segments.
• Lead cross‑functional groups to fulfill the team's mission and communicate decisions.
