Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience validating software systems and leading architecture.
• Deep understanding of real-time software architecture.
• Experience shipping safety-critical products.
• Experience architecting large-scale CI/CD and embedded test automation.
• Experience with test-result data modeling and APIs.
• Proficiency with Linux, Git, Python, Bash, and containers.
• Ability to lead cross-team initiatives and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the modernization of a large-scale embedded software test system.
• Define and modernize automated test frameworks across environments.
• Define architecture and roadmap for test execution and data management.
• Improve test robustness, speed, and deployment efficiency.
