Job summary

NCYBER is looking for a Platform Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, automate, and maintain critical software infrastructure for the National Security Community. This role involves engineering compute, virtualization, and automation platforms, with close collaboration with software, network, and security engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing or operating Linux infrastructure.
• Strong Linux administration experience (Ubuntu/Debian preferred).
• Experience operating virtualized or private cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Linux‑based infrastructure platforms.
• Engineer and operate private cloud environments built on OpenStack.
• Build repeatable infrastructure using Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
