Job summary

WisdomAI, Inc. is seeking a backend/infrastructure engineer to join our founding team. You’ll own deployment, observability, and scaling of production environments, building ML and data pipelines that are secure, efficient, and scalable for Fortune 100–level customers.

You’ll collaborate with experienced teammates and customers to shape the product and engineering roadmap, influence the tech stack, and cultivate a high-performance engineering culture rooted in transparency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience building highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Startup or fast-paced team experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own observability and deployments of Wisdom stack.
• Collaborate with software and sales engineers to build production change management tooling.
• Work with modern cloud infrastructure to build cost efficient and scalable systems.
• Work closely with customers and founders to define the product and engineering roadmap.
• Shape up the engineering culture and tech stack for the company.
