Job summary

Reinforced Learning is seeking a senior leader to head platform engineering, guiding expert engineers in platform, pipelines, infrastructure, security and tooling. You will manage a small team focused on reliable daily internal usage and thoughtful growth.

You’ll own the team of six to ten engineers, set priorities with dataset leads and drive reliability, security posture, and delivery velocity while hiring, coaching and providing direct feedback.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience managing engineers after a strong individual contributor career.
• Experience with internal platforms or data infrastructure you’ve run.
• Strong judgement on what to build, buy and skip.
