Qualifications

• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing engineers.
• 7+ years of engineering in cloud infrastructure/DevOps.
• Experience delivering and operating business-critical apps in AWS.
• Strong experience with AWS services including EKS, EC2, VPC, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch.
• Experience with Kubernetes operations, Helm, autoscaling, and infrastructure security practices.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or AWS CDK.
• Programming experience in Python, Java, TypeScript, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with SRE practices, including incident management, SLIs/SLOs, and operational excellence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.

• Lead, mentor, and support the growth of a Platform/DevOps engineering team.
• Foster inclusive, collaborative team culture.
• Own delivery for one or more business applications, including roadmap execution and release planning.
• Establish and improve SLOs, SLIs, on-call practices, and postmortem culture.
