Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a hands-on Platform Engineering Manager to design, build, and operate scalable platform capabilities across hybrid infrastructure environments. You will lead a distributed team focused on cloud platforms, automation, observability, and platform reliability, driving standardization and self-service to improve developer productivity.

Qualifications

7+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering.
Hands-on with Azure IaaS, VMware, Hyper-V, Windows/Linux servers.
Automation with IaC tools like Terraform, PowerShell, Ansible.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Experience with observability and platform operations tooling.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead development and operation of shared platform services across on-prem and cloud environments.
Drive infrastructure as code, automation, self-service provisioning.
Build and enhance internal developer platforms to speed delivery.
Implement observability, monitoring, and tooling for platform health.
Partner with security, architecture, and other teams to deliver secure platforms.
Own platform availability, scalability, performance, and readiness metrics.
Coach engineers and foster ownership and continuous improvement.
Participate in major incident management and escalations.
