Job summary

Anaqua, a premium provider of IP management technology solutions, seeks an Engineering Team Manager to lead the Platform & Microservices team. This hands-on leadership role blends coding, architecture review, and people management to deliver high-quality software.

You'll own the backlog for platform services, drive Agile execution, and mentor engineers across development, QA automation, and DevOps to improve delivery speed and reliability on GCP and cloud-native patterns.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant industry experience.
CSM or CSPO certification.
Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
ReactJS frontend knowledge for full-stack context.
Python scripting and automation.
Cloud cost optimization and FinOps awareness.
Experience in enterprise SaaS domains.

Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional Agile team of developers, QA automation, and DevOps engineers.
Own backlog, priorities, and roadmap for platform services.
Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery timelines.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and design decisions.
Ensure production readiness, observability, and incident response.
Coach and develop team members and hiring processes.
