55ip is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead the 55IP platform that underpins our technology-enabled wealth management engine. You will oversee a team of 3-5 developers, drive architecture decisions and partner with stakeholders across finance and product.

The ideal candidate has built large-scale systems in financial services, excels at mentoring, and champions agile practices to deliver reliable, scalable solutions on time.

Qualificações

• 12-14 years of software development experience.
• Experience in leading & mentoring a Scrum team.
• Strong in Python, Django, Pandas, SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of data engineering and data pipelines is a plus.
• Experience with Agile Scrum and SDLC.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end development and maintenance of 55ip’s market data platform.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
• Prioritize and allocate tasks to meet technology objectives.
• Architect and develop data ETL processes and data objects.
• Build and mentor a team of software developers and testers.
• Plan and run agile-scrum sprints.
• Ensure high-quality coding standards and thorough testing; support UAT and post go-live phases.
