Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Platform Engineering Team Lead to guide the end-user platform engineering, image management, and security efforts across the federal customer’s environment.

You will set technical direction, manage roadmaps, partner with vendors and stakeholders, and drive modernization, automation, and process improvements to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable computing.

Qualifications

• ITIL 4 or ITIL 5 certification is required.
• 5+ years IT experience with the listed technologies.
• Experience with end-user platform management and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead desktop/mobile OS engineering, image management, and endpoint protection.
• Coordinate with security, engineering, and customer stakeholders.
• Define roadmaps and ensure secure, scalable end-user computing services.
• Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshoot OS, apps, and patches.
