Position Overview

We seek an experienced developer to help us deliver top-tier digital experience platform builds. The Platform Engineering Lead will work on a cross-functional team, partnering with client stakeholders, Designers, and Product team members. You should enjoy solving complex problems and delivering high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities

• Confidently collaborate with teams and clients to deliver platform applications.
• Establish and follow coding standards for client platform applications.
• Complete complex platform development tasks independently.
• Develop and validate platform application security.
• Review and merge code pull requests from team members.
• Meet sprint commitments.
• Collaborate with domestic and offshore team members both on- and off-project.
• Mentor and coach less experienced team members.

This is a remote position.

Requirements

Critical Competencies

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform development and deployment.
• Knowledge of 3rd party data and content integrations.
• Experience with headless content management, delivery, and GraphQL (a plus).
• Familiarity with project build tools and CI pipelines.
• Understanding of OWASP security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
• Energy and enthusiasm for creating value for clients and internally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a software engineering role.
• Experience in a client-facing or consulting role.
• Comfortable working in an iterative, agile environment.
