Product Manager, Java and Android App Experience Required – Work From Home

The Product Manager opportunity is 100% remote, and we are looking for multiple Product Managers for this position.

Responsibilities include:

1. Understanding business needs to elaborate the product vision.
2. Ensuring product completeness by elaborating high-level capabilities and features and mapping them to business value drivers.
3. Developing and communicating the program vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders.
4. Engaging in design thinking workshops using techniques such as Personas, empathy maps, customer journey maps, and story maps to promote product insight.
5. Eliciting and documenting requirements: Capabilities, Features, Epics, User stories, and acceptance criteria.
6. Defining the minimum viable product (MVP).
7. Collaborating with System Architects and Engineering to understand enabler work and prioritize it.
8. Managing and prioritizing work flow through Product Backlog refinement sessions.
9. Reviewing completed stories and providing acceptance or feedback.
10. Incorporating stakeholder feedback into the Product backlog.
11. Ensuring team collaboration to meet Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
12. Resolving conflicting requirements and development priorities with stakeholders.
13. Clarifying questions, resolving impediments, and removing blockers with the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience with Android Studio, Java, Kotlin, Android libraries, REST, JSON, Jira, Confluence, Git, Perfecto Mobile, Selenium WebDriver, Jenkins.
• Expertise in designing testable software and building large-scale, complex applications.
• Travel up to 10% annually.
