Job summary

Moody's Platform Engineering internship offers hands-on work on an internal engineering platform, focusing on cloud cost visibility and operational performance. You will develop Angular/TypeScript frontend pages, Python backend services, and data visualizations to support reporting and dashboards.

You’ll participate in agile ceremonies, write tests, review code, and gain mentorship across the software lifecycle, with a structured program running June through August 2027 in the United States.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a related CS/SE/IS degree with practical coding exposure.
• Knowledge of web app development and data visualization is a plus.
• Interest in cloud cost, security, or developer tooling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop Angular/TypeScript frontend pages and dashboards.
• Build serverless Python backend functions and data queries.
• Write automated tests and participate in code reviews under senior guidance.
• Assist with cloud infrastructure configurations and deployment pipelines.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and document work, presenting features to stakeholders.
• Progress toward independently delivering small, well-defined features.
