Acosta Group is seeking a Platform Engineer & Operations Lead to own the Palantir Foundry and AIP ecosystem within the AI Center of Excellence. You will implement secure, scalable platform services, support product teams from design through production, and drive reliability and governance.

You will lead platform administration, DevSecOps, IAM, observability, and FinOps, partnering with vendor engineers and cross-functional teams to balance speed, reuse, and cost in a fast-paced enterprise

Competenze

10+ years of progressive experience in software, data, platform, or cloud engineering.
5+ years building or operating enterprise data, analytics, AI, or cloud platforms in production.
Hands-on Foundry platform engineering or administration and AIP delivery or operations.
Experience supporting multiple delivery teams through build, deployment, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing operations with security, governance, auditability, and cost management.
Experience technically leading vendor engineers, managed-service teams, consultants, or distributed engineering resources.
Proficiency in DevSecOps, CI/CD, release controls, environment promotion, IAM/RBAC, least-privilege design, and enterprise security practices.
Strong troubleshooting and production engineering skills, including observability, SLAs/SLOs, incident response, resilience, disaster recovery, and operational readiness.
Understanding of APIs, enterprise integration, data movement, cloud services, and cross-platform ownership and support.

Mansioni

Platform engineering: Own Foundry and AIP administration, environment strategy, releases, upgrades, capacity, and operational health.
Solution delivery: Partner with delivery teams on architecture, hands-on build, integration, testing, deployment, go-live readiness, and stabilization.
Production reliability: Establish monitoring, alerting, service levels, runbooks, incident response, problem management, and escalation paths.
DevSecOps: Establish repeatable development, testing, promotion, and deployment practices for code, configuration, data products, ontology changes, and AIP capabilities.
Security and access: Own IAM and RBAC, including least privilege, approvals, periodic reviews, and auditable permissions.
Ontology governance: Define design standards, stewardship, lifecycle management, documentation, and controlled change.
Enterprise integration: Establish secure, observable integrations across enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, identity services, analytics tools, and cloud services.
FinOps: Establish consumption and cost visibility, allocation, forecasting, budgeting inputs, and optimization reviews.
