Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a hands‑on Platform Engineer to own the Palantir environment, manage ingress/egress, and govern permissions. You will build a reusable component catalog, optimize costs, and lead platform standards with senior technical colleagues.

The role emphasizes senior, internal‑facing work with minimal travel, collaboration with FD Delta/Echo, and direct engagement with Palantir for upgrades and roadmap alignment.

Qualifications

• Deep hands‑on Palantir tenant administration across the platform stack.
• Experience with enterprise integration, ingestion, and data exchange patterns.
• Ability to design reusable platform components and catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Actively configure and operate Palantir tenant settings across the platform stack.
• Design ingress strategy for source systems, connectors, and data flows.
• Design egress strategy including marketplace exports and external API exposure.
• Own the permissions architecture with least-privilege controls.
• Mentor the Platform Engineering team and coordinate with Palantir on upgrades.
• Drive reusable component catalogs and governance standards.
