Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or 14 years of Platform Engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong Linux administration and command-line experience.
• Solid, practical experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation.

Responsibilities

• Platform Design & Maintenance: Architect, deploy, and maintain internal developer platforms and environments that support efficient application development and continuous deployment.
• Automation & CI/CD: Automate workflows and configuration tasks using Ansible to reduce manual overhead and accelerate delivery pipelines.
• Observability & Performance: Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Investigate, isolate, and resolve complex platform defects.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce platform security controls and regulatory standards across environments.
• Developer Experience: Collaborate with software teams to streamline deployment workflows and tooling.
