You will collaborate with researchers and engineers to validate use cases, build robust, reusable components, and drive high-level design improvements across the organization. The role emphasizes code quality, documentation, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with proficiency in at least one of Python, Go, or Rust.
• Experience designing and maintaining modular, reusable systems across teams.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, scalable solutions.
• Proven track record of implementing large-scale changes with minimal disruption.
• Experience building internal tooling to accelerate AI research and development workflows.

Responsibilities
