You will own the deployment platform, build and release tooling, and extend orchestration to new markets. Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Python and familiarity with Java and C++ in production-grade systems.
• Experience building and operating distributed systems and deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, configuration generation, workload orchestration (Nomad, Kubernetes, or similar).
• Comfortable operating in production environments with uptime, latency, and correctness priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the deployment platform moving code, models, and data into live trading with automated dependencies.
• Own build and release tooling, promotion workflows, and rollback paths for production shipping.
• Extend deployment orchestration across regions as we enter new markets.
• Build observability into deployments and production services.
• Automate operational processes to reduce toil in collaboration with Research and Trading Operations.
• Improve reliability and operability of production systems including alerting and recovery.
• Set and uphold engineering standards for a clean, well-documented platform.
